Everything you tell them needs to be credible. In order to develop strong relationships with them, they need to know you are honest. They need to know that you will continue to deliver on what you promise to them. If you break that trust you will find it is very hard to get it back.
Don’t sacrifice that trust in order to make a few extra bucks right now. It simply isn’t worth it as that will likely prevent consumers from making additional purchases in the future. If they can trust you though they will look forward to what you offer them now as well as into the future.
